Strap adjusters are very versatile buckles. At Strapworks we carry strap adjuster buckles in 4 sizes (3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/2, and 2 inch). White standard buckles are available in 3/4 inch, 1 inch. Black standard buckles are available in 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/2 inch and 2 inch. Double bar buckles are available in 3/4 inch, and 1 inch (locking). Super lock buckles are available in 1 inch. 1 1/2 inch and 2 inch are available in black only. Frequently used in backpacking straps and on day back shoulder straps. They are also used as a light to medium duty utility strap. Simply slip the webbing through the locking bars, tighten, and go. Available in 3/4" through 2". The strap adjuster strap above is made out of 3/4 inch Polyester Webbing. Three-quarter inch polyester webbing has a breaking strength of 2500 lbs., so it works great for medium to heavy duty applications.  Please keep in mind that once the webbing is made into a strap with a piece of hardware, it's working load is based on the weakest point of the strap.
